Dr.Sos Mousine graduated in 2000 with a degree of medical doctor from University of Health Sciences in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. By initiation and further linking his activity with society and community, particularly to develop Muslim community in Cambodia, he called for amongst Muslim students from different university to form a Muslim NGO, Cambodian Muslim Student Association (CAMSA) since 1997, and Dr.Sos Mousine has worked as the founder and lead president. Dr.Sos Mousine and others ISDB Graduates and under supported from H.E Ouknha Othsman Hassan and Samdech Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Royal Government of Cambodia, has formed the Islamic Medical Association of Cambodia (IMAC) in 2001 and he’s a board member and president.
Besides work in local NGO. Then In 2005, he was promoted as Under Secretary of State of Ministry of Rural Development in the 3rd Legislation of Royal Government of Cambodia. In 2006, Dr.Sos Mousine elected by general congress to be a Vice President of Cambodian Muslim Development Foundation (CMDF) which is an IsDB Counterpart Organization (CPO) in Cambodia.
In the 4th Legislation of National Assembly (2008-2013) until 5th Legislation (2013-2018), Dr.Sos Mousine has promoted as Secretary of State (Deputy Minister) of Ministry of Cult and Religion of the Royal Government of Cambodia.
Dr.Sos Mousine also has been elected by the General Congress of Cambodian Youth Association to be a Vice President of the Union of Youth Federation of Cambodia (UYFC) the biggest youth movement organization of the ruling party, CPP.
And now, in the 6th Legislation Mandate of National Assembly (2018-2023), Dr.Sos Mousine has been elected by General Election as member of parliament.
