Mr.Man Sokry graduated in 2001 with a degree of agriculture from Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) in Bogor, Indonesia under IsDB Scholarship Programme. After returned from Indonesia, he has worked in a private company in Phnom Penh. From 2007-2009 he worked as Programme Officer at Muslim Aid Cambodia Field Office in Phnom Penh.
Besides that, he also spares his time work as a board member and then became a vice president of the Islamic Medical Association of Cambodia (2009) and Cambodian Muslim Student Association (2013). Both organizations have played their roles to the community by provide the humanitarian, welfare, health and education service in years.
From 2009-2018 (4Th and 5th Legislation Mandate of National Assembly), Mr.Man Sokry became a politician and has been degreed by Royal Degree as Under Secretary of State of Ministry of Health of the Royal Government of Cambodia.
In this 6th Legislation Mandate (2018-2023), Mr.Man Sokry promoted as Secretary of State (Deputy Minister), Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fishery.
