Dr.Sann Sab Ey graduated in 2000 with a degree of medical doctor from University of Health Sciences in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. He’s a founder and vice president of Cambodian Muslim Student Association since 1997.
Dr.Sann Sab Ey also worked as a board member and treasurer of the Islamic Medical Association of Cambodia (2001) and then became a vice president of this organization in 2009.
In 2003, he ran a successful physician (civil servant) in Preah Vihear Provincial Hospital and moved to National Pediatric Hospital, Phnom Penh in 2004. From 2007 to 2009, he worked as Manager of the House of Emirates for Orphans, Phnom Penh.
From 2009-2018 (4Th and 5th Legislation Mandate of National Assembly), Dr.Sann Sab Ey has been degreed by Royal Degree as Under Secretary of State of Ministry of Health of the Royal Government of Cambodia and became a politician.
In this 6th Legislation Mandate (2018-2023), Dr.Sann Sab Ey promoted as Secretary of State (Deputy Minister), Ministry of Health.
