Ramadan during the coronavirus pandemic.

Ramadan is Islam’s holy month of fasting, spiritual reflection and prayer. But how are Muslims adapting to the reality that many mosques across the world are shut due to the coronavirus?

The Highest Council for Islamic Religious Affairs in Cambodia decided to ban gatherings during the Ramadan fasting month to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the Kingdom.

CAMSA-IMAC cooperated with its partners has distributed food package and zakat rice to needy people across the country. This year, due to COVID-19, and following the ministry of health for social distancing, we cannot arrange the iftar dinner for any masjid or village.
